1. Overview
At R.R. Electronics, customer satisfaction is our top priority. As an independent, out-of-warranty TV repair service provider, we stand behind the quality of our repairs. This policy outlines our service warranties, non-refundable fees, and refund procedures.
2. 90-Day Repair & Parts Warranty
We provide a warranty of up to 90 days on repairs and specific spare parts replaced by our technicians. This warranty applies only to the exact issue repaired and the specific parts that were replaced during the service. If the same issue recurs within the warranty period, we will diagnose and resolve it at no additional cost to you.
3. Warranty Exclusions
The service warranty is automatically voided under the following circumstances:
- Physical Damage: Subsequent accidental drops, screen cracks, or impacts after the repair is completed.
- Liquid Spills: Any liquid ingress, moisture damage, or cleaning sprays applied directly to the display bezel.
- Electrical Surges: Blown motherboards or power boards due to severe voltage fluctuations, lightning strikes, or lack of surge protection.
- Third-Party Tampering: Opening the television chassis or attempting repairs by anyone other than R.R. Electronics technicians.
4. Diagnostic and Visiting Fees
A standard visiting and diagnostic charge of ₹500 applies for all home visits. This fee covers our technician's time, travel, and initial assessment. This fee is **non-refundable** once the technician has visited your location and completed the diagnosis, regardless of whether:
- You choose not to proceed with the proposed repair quote.
- The television is deemed unrepairable due to severe panel damage or unavailable obsolete components.
5. Refund Policy
If we have completed a repair and you have paid the service charges, but the TV experiences a failure of the same replaced component within the 90-day warranty window, we will attempt to fix it under warranty. If we are unable to resolve the issue or source a replacement part, we will issue a **full refund of the repair charges paid** (excluding the initial ₹500 diagnostics fee).
Refunds will be processed via the original payment method (Bank Transfer, UPI, or Cash) within 3-5 business days of verifying the unrepairable status.
6. Service Cancellation and Rescheduling
You can cancel or reschedule your booked repair visit at any time up to 2 hours before the scheduled technician arrival time without penalty. To cancel or reschedule, please call us directly at 8766255891.
