RR Electronics is an independent service provider for electronic appliances, specializing in LED, LCD, and Smart TVs. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or authorized by any specific electronics manufacturers. All manufacturer names, trademarks, logos, and brands mentioned on our website are the property of their respective owners.
3. Service & Repairs
- We provide diagnostic and repair services at the customer's location or our workshop, depending on the severity of the issue.
- A diagnostic fee may be charged if the customer decides not to proceed with the repair after the issue has been identified and a quote has been provided.
- We reserve the right to refuse service for devices that have been previously tampered with or deemed unrepairable.
4. Warranty Policy
We stand behind our work. We offer an up to 90-day warranty on the specific parts we replace and the labor associated with that replacement. This warranty does not cover:
- Subsequent damage caused by power surges, physical damage, or liquid spills.
- Issues unrelated to the original repair.
- Tampering or opening of the device by unauthorized personnel after our repair.
5. Pricing and Payments
All repair quotes provided are estimates based on the initial diagnosis. If additional issues are discovered during the repair process, we will contact you for approval before proceeding. Payment is due in full upon completion of the repair.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RR Electronics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data or loss of profit, arising from the use of our services or website.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be updated on this page. Your continued use of the service following any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
